Making A Difference In The Communities We Serve

Working Toward a Brighter Future

Who We Are

Our Roots

Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2019, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch T3 Nonprofit. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.

Organizational Overview: T3 Nonprofit Organization

T3 Nonprofit Organization is a mission-driven, community-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable and underserved populations across Columbia, South Carolina, and the surrounding Midlands region. Our core mission is to provide comprehensive support and opportunity to three priority groups: (1) U.S. military veterans, (2) recently released reformed individuals from the prison system, and (3) low-income and underserved community members facing barriers to basic needs and healthcare.

T3’s integrated approach addresses both immediate and systemic challenges. Through job readiness programs and employment placement partnerships, we assist veterans and justice-involved individuals in re-entering the workforce with dignity and purpose. We also coordinate community outreach efforts to distribute essential items—including food, clothing, hygiene products, and other critical resources—to households in need.

Additionally, T3 is deeply invested in preventive health education. We focus on populations disproportionately affected by chronic illnesses, offering community workshops, screenings, and educational materials on diabetes, kidney disease, and heart disease. These programs aim to increase health literacy, improve self-management, and reduce preventable health crises in our region.

Impact Metrics

T3 is committed to measurable, data-informed service delivery. In the past 12 months alone, we have achieved the following:

  • 215 veterans and reformed individuals enrolled in workforce readiness programs

  • 89 clients successfully placed in stable, long-term employment

  • 12,500+ meals and essential items distributed to individuals and families in underserved neighborhoods

  • 317 participants attended chronic illness prevention and management workshops

  • 22% reduction in hospital readmissions reported among workshop participants (per partner surveys)

All programs are monitored using intake assessments, client progress tracking, and post-program follow-ups to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
